I am a climate scientist at the Met Office Hadley Centre, based in Exeter in the south west of England.

I lead the Climate Sensitivity and Feedbacks group. My main research interests are:

  • Climate feedbacks and radiative forcing
  • Climate sensitivity and its uncertainties
  • Cloud radiative processes and feedbacks
  • Climate model development and evaluation
